The Southern Municipal Finance Society (SMFS)

The Southern Municipal Finance Society is a constituent society of the National Federation of Municipal Analysts. The mission of the SMFS includes providing educational opportunities to members within and covering municipal finance in the Southern U.S. Our region encompasses 14 states.

Update, June 8, 2023: SMFS members enjoyed gathering together at the poolside bar for a reception at the Grand Floridian Resort to kick-off the NFMA conference on May 16. We are in the process of planning events this Fall in Austin, TX at the LBJ School of Public Affairs and in Asheville, NC in conjunction with AG Analytics.
